The Cyclo Mill for Find Grinding Gold Ores

The Cyclo Mill is combined with a air cyclone for classification of ground material, with oversize returning to mill for re-grinding. The cyclone overflow (fines) should be connected to a dust collector to collect the ground fine product. It requires a dry material to grind. Generally, the material to be ground needs to be friable, however some plastics have been ground in the mill.

The test lab will conduct test grinding of material, for a fee, to determine how the mill will actually perform on a particular application.

The small cyclo mill has a capacity of around 500 pounds per hour.
The dimensions are 39" (H) x 41" (L) x 19" (D)
It operates on a 7.5 HP/230-460 V/ 3 Ph Motor or a 380 V/3 Ph/50 Hz motor
For abrasive ores, the tungsten carbide version is recommended
Other materials are stainless steel, carbon steel, abrasion resistent wear liners
It is possible to use in a inert gas atmosphere (nitrogen or argon)
