Sepor Horizontal Paddle Mixer, with working volume of 16 CuFt, total volume of 24 CuFt. This will give a capacity of 800 to 1000 pounds, or more depending upon material bulk density. It is designed both for batch and continuous operation. Features the blending action of the specially aligned rotating paddles, that keeps the material continuously overlapped and cross blended to obtain a completely uniform product throughout the batch, even with materials with widely varying densities.

The paddle mixer's blades are curved to the contour of the u-shaped mixing chamber and are installed to allow close tolerance with the mixer shell. Since the blades are adjustable, this tolerance can be maintained throughout the life of the mixer. This close tolerance helps assure a thorough clean out of the mixer chamber and a positive discharge. This Horizontal Paddle Mixer is constructed of carbon steel. Mixers have dust tight top cover, a discharge valve, legs to give the discharge height and a chain drive. The mixer comes with a 5 HP/3 Ph/230-460 V/60 Hz motor. It will also operate on 380 V/3 Ph/50 Hz current.
