I have played both the north and south course, and they are very beautiful, scenic difficult and impressive. being a 'bogie golfer' (Handicap of 24), I had a bit of difficulty playing these courses, never shot below 94, but enjoyed the challenge tremendously. My putting was off every time I played this course, and the greens are very challenging. My favorite is the more difficult North course, (hole number 18 is senically pictured above). Both courses are World Class, and with green fees ranging from $150 - $230, they should be!! It is one of the top 100 golf courses in the world. (So far, I have played 15 of the top 100 courses.) Drives need to be long and straight, a fade or draw comes in very handy on some holes. Obstacles include bunkers, canyons, the ocean, ponds, rolling greens, wind, hilly terrain, and beautiful distracting views. The golf carts have laser range finders, with computer display that display the distance to greens and hazards. This helps, since there is no guessing on the distance. This course is open to the public, my playing times for 18 holes range from a quick 4 hours to 5 hours. It is truly a GREAT course to play. The staff are all truly outstanding, and service is likewise.
